The journey begins with an open dialogue with our jewellery designer. We facilitate this initial conversation via email, over a phone call, or in-person - all at no charge to you. We believe in exploring your ideas, preferred materials, and budgetary considerations freely to align our creation with your vision.
As we navigate through your ideas, we'll bring them to life with hand-drawn sketches. These enable you to envision the final piece and allow us to ensure that we've captured your thoughts accurately.

Once you're satisfied with the conceptual designs, we provide a detailed, to-scale drawing along with a quote. After your approval, we'll commence the meticulous process of handcrafting your unique piece. Depending on the complexity of the design, the entire process can span from two to eight weeks.

At Floral Silver, we are committed to ethical sourcing. We ensure our materials come from suppliers who share our belief in conflict-free and responsible production.

For those treasuring pieces with sentimental significance, we offer the possibility of remodelling. We strive to retain your connection to the past by melting and reworking your existing precious metal, where possible.
